We build recycling and composting into the waste plan from the start — sorted streams, trained sorters, and a documented diversion rate you can publish. Diversion fails at the bin, not the facility — guests toss everything into whatever is closest. So we engineer the front end: paired waste-and-recycling stations with clear signage, trained eco-team members at high-traffic bins during peak hours, and vendor rules that cut contamination before it starts. Behind the scenes, sorters pull recyclables and compostables from the mixed stream before compaction.
The result is a diversion rate that holds up to scrutiny. We track each stream by weight, document where it went, and hand you a post-event report your sustainability team and sponsors can cite directly. Grants and city permits increasingly ask for these numbers — we make sure yours exist.
